Do you want to save time and money? Sign up below to join our bread subscription service! Fresh baked, preservative free authentic sourdough bread can be picked up from three different locations. If you're thinking of signing up, here's what you need to know:

- Choose from two plans. Individual: one item bi-weekly or Family: two items bi-weekly week.

- Our pick up locations and hours to choose from are:

Rise Cafe, 504 Pullman Rd., Edgewater 

Thursday between 10:00-4:00 or Friday between 10:00-2:00

The Local Bite, 819 FL A1A, NSB.

Thursday between 11:00 - 6:00

Stoked Poke, 209 Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange

Friday between 11:30-9:00pm

- Receive 20% off at markets and Rise café purchases. Just mention you're a subscriber! 

- Pre-select your items for the entire month upon subscribing. The options to choose from are our sourdough sandwich loaf, sourdough boule or sourdough multigrain. 

- Subscriptions will automatically renew for the following month. You will be sent a link to choose your selections for the upcoming month before renewal. Saving your card on file is required to ensure automatic renewal.

- You may cancel at anytime. A notice of desire to cancel must be sent to dutchovenbreadco@gmail.com at least 3 days before your expected renewal date.

- After subscribing on this form, a separate invoice will be sent to your email address for payment.  

- If you place a regular order online (2 days in advance by 3:45pm), it will be delivered along with your subscription.
